The Raiders are reportedly closing in on a deal for Jimmy G.

Few things on this signing.
The first is that I think it will be a good move for the Raiders. This offense is full of talent and if you go back to last year it was blown leads that really sunk this team.
The second thing is that Derek Carr should not get blamed for last year. I understand McDaniels wanted to move on but I still hate the way it ended for Carr. He is a very good QB and if the Raiders have success with Jimmy G that narrative shouldn’t change.
The final thing is that this is a great situation for Jimmy. He is going to a team with weapons on offense. As long as he can stay healthy I expect big things from him.
