Panthers Might Trade The First Overall Pick Again

NFL teams are playing hot potato with the first overall pick.

If the Panthers end up liking more than one QB they might trade it according to a new report.

The Carolina Panthers made a huge move on Friday to acquire the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. That almost certainly puts them in line to select their quarterback of choice, unless they do something very unorthodox. That possibility is real, at least according to one report.

Panthers GM Scott Fitterer and coach Frank Reich like multiple quarterbacks at the top of the draft, and they could trade back down if they find they feel particularly strongly about more than one, according to Joe Person of The Athletic.

Clutch Points did a list of the top three trades for this pick…here they are.

Clutch Points:

Panthers trade No. 1 to Raiders for No. 7 and future first-rounder

Panthers acquire No. 4 Pick and two second rounders from Colts

Panthers trade No. 1 pick to Titans for No. 11 Pick and more
