The Panthers have been a complete dumpster fire so far this season. They just fired their coach and it looks like they are going full rebuild mode.
Due to this, many teams are going to be seeing they are willing to trade away some of their better players.
One player rumored about going to the Giants is DJ Moore.

Here is the partial write-up from CBS about it.
Brian Daboll is getting the most out of New York’s mid-level talent, but imagine if Daniel Jones actually had a legitimate wideout at his disposal. With Kenny Golladay a sunk cost, Kadarius Toney and Sterling Shepard consistently banged up, and 5-foot-9 Richie James pacing the pass catchers, Moore would be an instant and major upgrade at the position. New GM Joe Schoen would be giving a surprise contender a big-time reinforcement at a premium position, but he could also rest assured that Moore would be a long-term building block, regardless of how things unfold at QB and elsewhere beyond 2022.
One concern about the trade is DJ Moore’s contract.
Here is the rest of it.
The Giants might be unable to make this work.
However, I’m going to pretend that the Giants find a way to make this work.
In that case, DJ Moore is a player who the Giants should be heavily focusing on getting. The Giants need receivers and getting a receiver like Moore would be a massive improvement. Moore has the ability to be the best receiver on the playoff team he is worth every penny of this contract.
It is also the case that having him will make the rest of the receivers better. With defenses focusing on Moore everyone will play better, this includes Saquon Barkley.
