The Kevin Durant trade rumor mill is red hot.
The newest proposed trade is swapping Kevin Durant for Anthony Davis.
As various analysts propose trades for disgruntled Brooklyn Net Kevin Durant, one agent suggests that the best option is a swap including Kyrie Irving for the Lakers’ Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook.

“Kyrie is the move. They should offer Davis with Westbrook. Try and get Kevin Durant. KD for AD and a pick is as close as [the Nets] will get to what they want.”
If I’m the Lakers I am all over this deal. Anthony Davis is injury prone and simply not reliable at this point. Durant would make the Lakers a title contender again. Pairing him with LeBron would make them the favorites in the West.
I’m not sure if I want this if I’m the Nets. Anthony Davis if healthy would fit in great with this team. His size and shooting ability would pair well with Ben Simmons and Kyrie. With that being said Davis staying healthy is not something that can be trusted. He’s only played 76 games over the past two seasons.
